The third sub-question is, “How does excessive masturbation change the penis shape?” Penis is does not have a bone, thus it does not always become straight. It is normal to be curved or bended (Is it normal, 2011). As young boys become anxious about their penis shape, they wondered, “Masturbation causes the penis to bend.” Does masturbation change the penis shape?

The answer is partially "Yes" & partially "No
The answer for this question is partially yes but usually no. “Regular” masturbation does not affect the penis shape or other organs of the body at all (Patil, 2013). “Irregular” masturbation may cause the penis to curve or bend. This “regular” masturbation”, means when males masturbate by only using their hands to repeat the movement of “up and down” or the movement of “peeling and unpeeling” until ejaculation.
When people masturbate irregularly, especially those that put external pressure to the penis, they may lead their penis to curve. One example of an irregular masturbation is done by pressing and rubbing their penis to the floor (masturbation makes the, n.d.). This type of masturbation is extremely risky to cause the penis to curve, because it is pressuring the penis using the whole body weight. Depending on how the body is pressuring the penis, it affects the penis to curve in a strange direction.
How did this myth spread?
How did the myth, “Too much masturbation causes the penis to curve” arose? According to Patil, (2013), the myth arose from photographs of male porn stars. There are trick photographs that show the penis of male porn stars that are not bended and is curved upward like a banana. These trick photographs planted a image to the viewers that cause them to believe that “bended penis is not normal”. People who have different looking penis than the penis of male porn stars have suspected that their daily masturbation has caused their penis to curve.
